Where Tradition, Rhythm & Expression Unite

Students from various age groups are trained in the traditional Kathak Dance form starting from age 4 to there is no upper limit to the age, as long as the student is enthusiastic to learn the pure dance form. Since then its inception, over 500 students have got trained from the institute both from India and abroad.

Naad Bhed is recognized by Sangeet Natak Akademi, Telangana as Kathak Dance Learning Centre. Naad Bhed is also the authorized examination Centre for Natavari Kathak Nrutya Akademi, Indore for the Hyderabad/Secunderabad City

About the Founder

Archana Misra, Kathak dancer. In 2009, she started learning Kathak to quench her passion for the dance form. Since then, the passion for this beautiful form has inspired her to pursue the journey further and transform herself into a full-fledged trained kathak dancer and teacher. Today she is Visharad in Kathak from Akhil bharatiya gandharva mahavidyalaya , Mumbai, Diploma in Natyashashtra from Bharata College of Fine Arts, Mumbai. Under Dr Puru Dadheech & Dr Vibha Dadheech in 2020. Diploma in Kathak Shastra, Natanam Studio, Mumbai, under Dr Puru Dadheech & dr Vibha Dadheech.

By education, she is a graduate in Sanskrit (honors), a Diploma holder in FCT from NIFT Bangalore. MA in performing Art specializing in Kathak from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune 2024.She is registered teacher by Akhila Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay.

She is also a Professional Baker and has created over 100 designs.
